Mental Health Support Worker – Flexible Working – Swansea – no personal care
Your new company
You will be working through Hays Social Care as a mental health support worker in a service in Swansea that supports female clients with mental health. Typical shifts are 08:30-21:00 and 21:00 – 08.30
Your new role
You will work alongside the existing staff team to support the residents in daily routines, personal care, activities and work with a person-centred approach. This is a female only home. Support workers will need to be compassionate and caring and able to support the residents with various activities. No personal care in this job.
What you’ll need to succeed
At least 6 months experience of working in care
Experience of working in a mental health service is desirable but not essential
