Learning Disabilities Support Worker – Liverpool, Merseyside Part Time

Duties:
– Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities
– Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
– Administer medications and monitor health conditions
– Plan and implement recreational activities and outings
– Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
– Support individuals in developing independent living skills
– Document and maintain accurate records of individual progress and activities
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
Qualifications:
– Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
– Knowledge of disability support services and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
– Ability to adapt to changing needs and situations
