Barnet – Lead Practitioner – Adults Mental Health – Customer Finance
Have responsibility for managing a small, complex caseload. • Conduct Mental Capacity Act assessments in line with statutory guidance and ensuring adults are provided with the opportunity to demonstrate capacity wherever possible. • Completion of relevant Court of Protection documents. • Liaise closely with the Debt Team to establish Debt repayment.
