Learning Disability Supported Living – Recruiting Support Workers in Stratford Upon Avon and Warwickshire
Your new company:
Hays Social Care are working closely with a highly reputable care provider in the Warwickshire area. You will be working on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent if suitable.
Your new role:
You will be providing care to individuals with learning disabilities in a supported living setting. You will be required to carry out personal care when needed and help promote and encourage individuals independence.You will help individuals with day to day responsibilities and task such as, cleaning and cooking. You will be given your rota in advance so you are able to maintain a good work/life balance.
What you’ll need to succeed:
You will need to have at least six months working with individuals with learning disabilities. An NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential. You will need to have a genuine passion for care with a strong resilience and a desire to support and encourage all service users.
