Interim Registered Manager – Children’s Residential job. Hull. Salary Negotiable
Your new company
You will be joining a company that specialises in supporting children with EBD needs in a small 2 bed residential home in Hull.
Your new role
Covering a minimum of 9 month maternity leave, you will lead the home as they strive towards continual service improvement. You will manage a team of staff supported by a deputy and the directors. You will ensure high care standards, compliance to all OFSTED requirements and maintain the family feel of the placement for the young people.
What you’ll need to succeed
You MUST have at least 2 years recent experience of working at a supervisory level within children’s residential. ideally already a deputy or registered manager. You will have a proven track record of successfully leading a service and be passionate about improving the life chances of young people. You must hold NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People or above.
