Income recovery officer required to join Sandwell council on a 3 month contract

Hays are proud to work in partnership with Sandwell Council to support them with their Housing Management recruitment on a temporary basis. Sandwell Council are responsible for housing thousands of people every year and are currently looking at expanding their teams in order to tackle the current pandemic. They are recruiting for an income recovery officer to undertake the effective collection of current and former tenant arrears as well as the recovery of other related debts due to the Council. To monitor arrears cases in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures with a clear emphasis on prevention.
