INCLUSION ROOM ASSISTANT NEEDED – SCHOOL IN SHEFFIELD – STARTING ASAP

Your new company
Secondary school in Sheffield that supports students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5.

Your new role
Working alongside another staff member, you will manage students who have removed from class into the inclusion room. You role will involve being on call to remove students from class, managing behaviour and providing feedback to staff and parents. It is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous police or military background is desirable
• A current, valid enhanced DBS or the willingness to apply for one
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Ability to coordinate and work alongside other staff members
• Resilience, and ability to not take things personally
