We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic, dedicated individuals who are solution focused and will use their initiative, experience and skills to help us provide excellent Housing & customer services.
You will be based in one of our three Area Housing Teams (Denny, Falkirk or Grangemouth) to deliver core and essential housing services including improving neighbourhoods, collecting rent, letting homes and dealing effectively with day to day housing enquiries and issues. Ideally you will be familiar with the wider context of social housing in Scotland but even more important will be your commitment to delivering an excellent customer service and passion for working with our tenants to help them thrive in their home and community.
As a minimum you will have the Chartered Institute of Housing Level 2 qualification or above in Housing or a related discipline.
