Housing Officer (Income Maximisation) – fixed term until 30/09/2022
Salary: £26,393 – £31,484
Hours: 36 per week (part-time may be considered)
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team set up to prevent homelessness through proactively supporting tenants and others to stabilise their situations through income maximisation, resolving debt and accessing specialist information and advice about housing options and other forms of assistance.
Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range. For roles in grade 5 or above, annual increments in our contribution zones are dependent on achieving agreed performance goals.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain a basic Disclosure Scotland certificate prior to commencing the role.
