Post Title: Housing Management Assistant
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term for 18 months
Salary: £24,479- £26,899 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To provide mainly office- based cover in relation to all aspects of the frontline housing service including arrears and lettings interviews, all aspects of homelessness enquiries and housing applications, etc

Given the nature of this job, the postholder will be required to make visits away from their normal base. A driving licence is desirable, but consideration would be given to the postholder making alternative arrangements as long as these meet the operational requirements of the Service.
