To be responsible for the accurate and timeous production of all the Housing Services strategic and performance related statistical data, and assist in strategic planning and development for housing.
Develop, implement and present accurate statistical information to populate the housing performance management information system, and in support of the housing strategy and policy workplan.
Assist with development and publication of housing strategies, policies, procedures, professional material, public documents etc.
Assist with Housing Service customer participation, feedback and the Scrutiny Framework.
Develop and where appropriate deliver training for staff and tenants.
Support good practice and continuous improvement in the Housing and Property service.
Proven track record of working with the collection and presentation of information using IT systems.
Experience of performance management and statistical analysis.
Relevant qualification to HNC, SVQ3 level (or equivalent).
In depth working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Access packages.
Knowledge and understanding of public services.
Ability to use own initiative.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Effective organisational and time management skills.
Self-confident and self-motivated
Able to analyse complex statistical data and present reports clearly and concisely.
Ability to manage and prioritise workload, and to meet internal and external deadlines.
You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Moray to meet the operational requirements of the Service. Due to the rural nature of Moray this is normally undertaken by use of a car/van.
