The Housing Development Technical Officer will play a key role in maximising the capabilities of the Integrated Housing Management System and associated technology. Working closely with service leads they will understand processes and how technology can be utilised to achieve efficiencies and improvements, particularly through improving the system itself but also the underpinning automation, interfaces and advanced reporting capabilities it provides.
You will be working with programs critical to maximising system functionality, (such as SQL, HTML, Javascript/JQuery, CSS), a large system and relational SQL database, and large datasets, including presentation of such datasets in Strategic and Operational ready formats.
The role will also invole analysing information, producing reports and making recommendations to help in delivery of the Councils Strategic Housing Objectives, primarily through supporting the IHP Housing Development Coordinator.
