Post 1: Permanent 
Post 2: Fixed Term Contract until 30/11/2024

The City of Edinburgh Council has an ambitious housebuilding programme which delivers high quality, energy-efficient, affordable homes within Edinburgh.

We are looking for Construction Project Managers with property-related experience to join the Council’s Development and Regeneration team and support the delivery of a significant pipeline of housebuilding across the City.

As a project manager within the team you will be involved in all aspects of development from managing stakeholder and community engagement to procurement of contractors, managing consultants, contractors and handover of new homes. An important part of this role is ensuring that people, communities and placemaking are at the heart of what we do.

You will be responsible for project scoping, producing design briefs, reporting, risk and financial management and working with Senior Project Managers to deliver on the Council’s regeneration objectives.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
