The post holder will provide effective administrative support to Housing Officers in duties associated with the provision of a comprehensive housing service which may include homelessness services, allocations, estate management, arrears recovery and anti-social behaviour.
The post-holder will deal with and respond to a wide range of housing related enquiries from tenants, residents and other customers by providing advice and information at the first point of contact through assessing customer needs, in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
