Location: Plockton Hostel
Hours: 24 hours per week
Salary: £13,163 – £14,815
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.
Applications from Gaelic speakers are encouraged.
The post holder ie required to sleep-in on site, up to 3 nights per week. An additional payment will be made for this. This post also involves weekend working, enhancements apply.

Job Purpose: To assist the Residence Officer/Assistant Residence Officer in the day to day organisation and delivery of residential services to school age young people in accordance with:

The Children (Scotland) Act 1995
SSSC Codes of Practice
Professional standards of child care practice
Highland Council Policy
