Please note there are 5×27 hours positions and 5×15 hour positions. It is the policy of Social Services to maintain people in their own home.  Rehab Support worker will contribute to this policy by providing practical assistance, guidance and support aimed at maximising the independence of the individual client, consistent within their abilities.  To contribute to supporting people to maintain their lifestyles at home as part of reshaping care for older people. 

Rehab support worker will attend to the individual personal needs of clients under the direction of the Senior Care Officer, and will work in partnership with allied health professionals from NHS Forth Valley.
