Posts are both for weekend and rota staff in the Clydebank area. For some people the living tasks, which many of us take for granted can become very difficult. That’s why our Home Carers are so vital. They can assist with anything from complex and extended personal care to assisting with meals and medication.

Post details are as follows:-
17.5 hours working between 8.00am – 1.00pm (Week 1- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday and Week 2 Wednesday & Thursday).
10.5 hours above rota working between 3.30pm – 6.30-pm (Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday and Week 2 Wednesday & Thursday).
16 hours every Saturday & Sunday workingbetween 8.00am -1.00pm and 3.30pm – 6.30pm.
8 hours every second Saturday & Sunday working between 8.00am -1.00pm.
This post is considered as Regulated Work with Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details of this scheme can be found here.
Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
