What is the role?

To provide extended personal care to the most vulnerable members of the community, in a way that supports the maintenance of the individual’s independence and dignity and offers them a positive choice in their own home.

Extra information:

The Grade of this post is Grade 2 / Level 5 and the hourly rate is from £11.73 to £12.77.

21 hours  (Four on four off Late Shift) – annual salary from £12,877 to £13,983. Please note this post will attract 10% non-core allowance.

These posts are considered to be Regulated Work with children and protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
