The Home Care team in Cowal is looking for a new HCPO. Candidates should have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, be able to work responsively and prioritise workload.  Candidates should be aware of effective service monitoring procedures and have experience of Person Centred Planning and Care Coordination.

Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be enthusiastic and committed to developing quality home care services for older people.  Being able to work well as part of a team and using own initiative are pivotal to the success of this role.
