Home-based Supervising social worker – Bristol Permanent

I am currently recruiting for a Supervising social worker for a permanent stable contract. This is a home-based post, you will be able to set up your office at home and receive home-working allowance. Travelling is done to provide supervision for carers, that have a well-established system in place, visits every 6 weeks. The foster families are in Bristol, Somerset. Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxford area. There is the option to do some visits virtually as well thus the travelling time is significantly reduced. Most of the foster carers have been with the charity for a long time and have very strong stable system in place which will make your work easier.
