Roles & Responsibilities :
Support workers required for a Children's Residential service
* OFSTED regulations adhered to in service. Support Worker must have experience in working in a service following OFSTED standards.
* This home offers specialist therapeutic care and education for up to 4 children (aged 11 – 18 years) who have been victims of child sexual exploitation.
* The home is a spacious and warm environment that provides a games room, living areas, with each child having a large individualised bedroom.
The right Support worker will be empathetic, confident and enthusiastic. They will empower the young children and offer support tailored to the young person.
