Hoop Nursing & Healthcare is now recruiting dedicated professionals to join our team and support a service in Cardiff working with Children with Learning Disabilities.

Your Role and Responsibilities
* Support daily living activities, personal care, and mobility assistance
* Aid nursing staff with clinical duties and tasks
* Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
* Assist fellow healthcare assistants and foster teamwork
* Keep accurate patient records
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK (1 year+ preferred)
* Social Care Wales registration
* Valid DBS on the update service (or we can process one through Hoop if needed)
* Current mandatory training certificates (we can provide training if your certificates need updating)
* Experience with Children & Learning Disabilities is required for this service
