Your Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant & Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents' well-being, dignity and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, respectfully.
* Supporting residents with daily activities, encouraging engagement and participation.
* Building trusting relationships to create a safe, comforting environment.
* Monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being, and reporting any changes to senior staff.
* Promoting independence and choice while respecting each resident’s unique needs.
* Assisting with medication administration if required.

* Compassion, patience and a caring nature.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* At least 6 months of UK experience in the care industry is essential.
