This senior post represents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the established integrated working arrangements in West Dunbartonshire HSCP. Working as part of the senior management team the post holder will have a pivotal role in leading, coordinating and managing both health and community care services including primary care services.
As a well established integrated HSCP, we are committed to a programme of improvement to transform services and further develop the important relationships with all of our stakeholders. Transformation is about making significant changes to how services are planned and delivered in partnership with people who use them and above all demonstrates a clear commitment to the West Dunbartonshire HSCP values. This innovative partnership between NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and West Dunbartonshire Council is responsible for seamlessly delivering all primary care, local community health and social care services to our residents. We have risen to the
challenge by ensuring that our services are effective, efficient and are patient, carer and user centered.
We are determined to improve the lives of all of our residents and are committed to continuing to work together with our communities and partners to tackle the inequalities that exist in our area. Our ambitious approach has led to the
creation of innovative approaches to service delivery, consequently delivering improved health outcomes for our residents and recognised by a number of national awarding bodies.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an outstanding individual with the vision and leadership skills to continue to support strategically West Dunbartonshire HSCP and oversee the on-going development of health and social care services.
