We are working with a leading charity who are looking to change and influence the way we perceive and assist those with Mental Health challenges. They are seeking a Head of Service in various locations across Wales to pioneer this change.

Your new role

The role will be regionally based, supervising a group of managers, assisting them with their operations and championing the organisations values. The role will also require high level strategic management, working with various partners to drive the message of the organisation – this will involve championing, creating and driving various pilot projects.

For people who access the service, the goal is to provide them with tailored support instead of placing them in boxes, empowering them to be healthy, happy and live life to the fullest!

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience (either personal or professional) with mental health services
• Working knowledge of supported housing, mental health or crisis services
• Demonstrable experience with public sector procurement
• Demonstrable experience managing and developing a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Works well with autonomy
• Significant experience with compliance and data handling
