Established for over 25 years with offices in Sefton, we are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Registered Manager to join us on this journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to our dedicated care teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional care services.
* Compliance: Ensure the company operates within the regulatory framework, maintaining high standards of care, safety, and effectiveness.
* Client Focus: Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and deliver tailored care solutions.
* Staff Development: Support, mentor, and develop staff through training programs, supervision, and performance appraisals.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, assessments, and care planning, to guarantee smooth and efficient services.
* Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and enhance service quality continuously.
Requirements:
* Registered Manager: Possess a valid registration with CQC
* Experience: Proven experience in domiciliary care management, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
* Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
