The Housing Graduate Scheme is structured around four six-month placements across the Safer Communities.
Starting salary £24,462 in the first year up to £29,766 by year 3 upon completion of qualifications, training and objectives.Ealing is one of the most diverse and exciting boroughs in London yet faces immense challenges due to the pressures on housing in the capital. We are therefore seeking to recruit two talented and committed graduates who share our passion for world class customer service who can work together to pioneer new ways to deliver our housing services. Join our three-year graduate development programme and you will gain a unique understanding of social housing and strategic housing delivery. We will support you to achieve professional qualifications in housing (leading to Chartered Membership of the Institute of Housing), provide you with a series of rotations across our core delivery areas and, through coaching and mentoring, help you make the most of your potential.
