Your new role
As a support worker you will be assisting vulnerable individuals with personal and practical care, medications, daily activities, trips out, socialising, accessing the community, and leading a more fulfilled and independent life. The typical shift patterns will be 8am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm and a waking night 10pm – 8am.

What you’ll need to succeed
What you’ll need to succeed A minimum of 6 months experience supporting adults, ideally in a residential / supported living setting within the last 2 years.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 within an adult setting is desirable, but not essential
Manual handling training desirable but not essential as full training will be given
You will also be dedicated to helping vulnerable adults.
Ideally you will also be able to drive.
A DBS on the update service is desirable
