Fostering Social Worker – Coventry City Council Contract

Qualified Social Worker job, Fostering team, Coventry City Council, £33.30ph, hybrid

1x Qualified Social Worker needed – Fostering team – Maternity/ Paternity cover until July 2023

To be successful, you will be an experienced social worker – completed ASYE plus at least 1 year post qualifying experience -, registered with Social Work England. As a future social worker for the adoption team in Coventry City Council, you will have knowledge of relevant children’s and adoption legislation. Knowledge of statutory guidelines and current thinking on good practice is also required – along with experience within an fostering team.

You will also need to be a driver with access to your own car, and a DBS on the update service. If you don’t hold one at the moment we will process one for you with no cost.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of £33.30, with hybrid/ remote working opportunities.
