Your new company
Your company is a Housing Association supporting about 150 people in the Bedfordshire area

Your new role
You will lead, support and manage teams and operations. Mon-Friday 9am-5.30pm with some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will be responsible for rota cover and empower staff to be able to help customers

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have good knowledge of the Housing Sector, CQC framework and budgetary awareness
