Female Support Worker – Purley, Greater London Permanent, Contract

The AICS Group specialises in providing community-based rehabilitation and support to clients who suffered from a brain injury.
AICS Group is looking for a Female Support Worker to work with our Female client who lives in Purley- Care Home. This role provides immense job satisfaction within a busy and varied environment, working with a range of health and social care professionals.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Client: Our client suffered a brain injury. Looking for a Female Support Worker who can provide stimulation support.
A Support Worker who is double vaccinated via covid-19.
Someone who Is able to handle personal care, motivate and be proactive within their support. Someone who can also communicate with a client who is non-verbal.
Therefore, looking for a Female Support Worker who can work:
7 days in a week (Monday to Sunday)
9 am to 3 pm
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in health and social care, preferably with adults or children who have a brain injury, Basic understanding of cognitive and physical impairment, Demonstrate ability to relate respectfully to people with physical disabilities, Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to liaise with other professionals daily
Desirable Skills:
Current and clean drivers license, Experience of providing care to people living in the community
