My client is looking for a Family Support Worker. The role involves providing effective support for children, young people and their families directly as a family support worker within the Localities Service Role involves working with the Whole Family in order to ensure good outcomes for all. Day to day management of the post will rest with the Early Help and Prevention Service based in Children’s Services. You will work with colleagues in the Family Support Service, Health, Education, Youth Justice, social care and Youth Service as well as a range of other agencies to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to children and families with complex needs
