Your new company
Your new company are a UK wide charity who provide support for families and young people. This support is provided via their dedicated team who offer financial, practical and emotional support to those who need it most. Your new company have multiple services across the UK all centres around children, young people and families.

Your new role
Your new role will include working with a case load of 8 families across Birmingham who are from a high risk child protection or children in need background. You will be working closely with the family to support family members to develop skills around parenting to ensure that children’s basic care needs are met. You must be committed to working through the families development to promote healthy and effective relationships. You will need to work in partnership with other relevant agencies, for example YOT, School, Children’s Service, Health and Department for Work and Pensions.

Your new role will include working with a case load of families experiencing multiple and complex problems, this support is offered through a whole family and multi-agency approach. You need to provide targeted intensive support to promote healthy and effective relationships, both at home and at school. Your responsibilities vary dependent on the family’s needs. But you must have the ability to plan and deliver an in-depth programme and care plan to support parents/carers and young person.
