Your new role
To successfully support the people you work for to take control and shape change in ways that are meaningful for them. To lead in the planning and coordination of support with the people you work for, their families and circle of support to assist each individual to live a rich, valued and inclusive life. Promote active citizenship and develop the leadership skills of the people we work for, their families and circle of support to enable them to have the power, influence and responsibility to make decisions.

What you’ll need to succeed
Qualifications: Appropriate SSSC required qualifications or able to demonstrate a willingness to work towards these .
Supervisory or managerial experience within a social care setting.
Hands on with a person centred approach.
Experience in assisting with complex needs, challenging behaviour, mental health and autism desirable.
