Job Description

A full-time temporary Facilities Co-odinator post has become vacant at Green Wynd Family Accommodation Service. The Facilities Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring that the building and their services meet the needs of the people that work and live there. The main duties of the post are: to ensure the security of the building; to ensure that the cleanliness of the building and that cleaning rotas are maintained; to ensure all defects are reported and repairs carried out promptly; to ensure effective management of void properties; to carry out delegated health and safety functions and work with the management team; to ensure the health and safety of residents and staff. There will also be some supervisory responsibilities.  You should have experience of facilities management and a comprehensive health and safety awareness.

This post is temporary for a period up to 2 years.
