There has been a national shortage of social care workers in recent months, with a number of jobs going unfilled in Adult’s and Children’s Services. We continue to support our clients during these tough times, and we hope that you will be able to play your part.

At Hays Social Care we are looking to find experienced support workers who would be open to a new role, including those who may have been effected by some of the recent changes. Whether you are looking for full time, or part time hours, we will be happy to support you in finding a position.

What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with at least 6 months experience in a social care setting or similar. Ideally you would hold an NVQ, or other relevant qualification in social care.

An Enhanced DBS Certificate (registered on the update service) would be beneficial for speeding up the application process.
