Job Title: Weekend Domiciliary Care Assistant
Location: Solihull & Surrounding Areas
Pay/Salary: £13.55 – £13.80 p/hr + mileage
Hours of Work: Weekend availability required from 7 AM to 10 PM on Saturdays and Sundays
Training: Full training provided
Job Description:
Join Bright Dawn Home Care as a Weekend Domiciliary Care Assistant and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients! You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in the comfort of their homes during the weekends.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Supporting daily activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders.
* Promoting client independence and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
* Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
* Following individual care plans and documenting any changes or observations.
Qualities We're Looking For:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliability and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Essential Requirements:
* Current UK Driving License and your own vehicle.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Good standard of oral and written communication skills.
* Must be available to work on weekends, specifically from 7 AM to 10 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. (While specific shift times may vary, it is essential that applicants are generally available for early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts on weekends.)
