Job Title: Domiciliary Care Assistant
Location: Solihull & Surrounding Areas
Pay/Salary: £13.00 – £13.80 p/hr + mileage
Hours of work: Flexible – Hours to be built up over time, must be available for some early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.
Training: Full training provided
Job Description:
As a domiciliary care assistant at Bright Dawn Home Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Supporting with daily activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders
* Promoting independence and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
* Building strong relationships with clients and their families
* Following individual care plans and documenting any changes or observations
Qualities we're looking for:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements:
* Current UK Driving License and your own vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
* Good standard of oral and written communication skills
* Flexibility – must be available to work mornings, evenings and alternative weekends.
