Cunningham House is a Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership Resource situated in Grangemouth. Traditionally, we were a 24-hour care home providing quality care to older adults living with Dementia.
Since a transition in 2023, we also now provide support to adults requiring Reablement Focused Care alongside our current Resident Group.
We have a well-established team who place those we support at the heart of everything we do, and we promote a calm, homely and safe environment for the people who live here and use the service.
As a Domestic Assistant you will play a vital part in maintaining the environment within the service. You will be expected to carry out all cleaning duties to a high standard to provide a clean, hygienic, and pleasant environment for the Residents, Service Users, Visitors and Staff alike. You will also be responsible for shared duties within the laundry and kitchen areas of the service.
You must have knowledge of The Health and Safety at Work Act and take responsibility for your own health and safety and ensuring a safe working environment exists for all.
You will work 37 hours per week on a rota working basis including short backshifts and weekends.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
