Richmond Fellowship is a specialist provider of mental health services that has pioneered and practiced its belief in social inclusion and recovery for 60 years. We are now one of the biggest voluntary sector providers of mental health care in England, offering a wide range of housing, care, employment and community support. Recently, we launched a group structure, Recovery Focus, bringing together a number of expert charities highly experienced in providing specialist support services.
We are an ambitious, dynamic, people-centred organisation that puts achieving the best possible quality of life for each individual at the heart of everything we do. A key aspect of our approach is that we work with the people we support as equal partners to design and plan our services together.
A highly strategic role, our Director of Operations will be at the centre of our growth plans, delivering an exciting agenda with accountability for delivery of targets in all operational services across Richmond Fellowship. You will provide visible and empowering leadership to more than 900 employees across a range of service areas, embedding a culture of continuous improvement. You will relish the opportunity to develop innovative and creative ways to deliver services – involving people across the organisation and championing inclusivity and high performance.
The successful candidate will possess the drive and energy to make a difference and to strengthen our partnerships with a range of other organisations.
