Deputy Manager – Residential Home

I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a small Residential Home in the Bristol area.

We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager or a strong Team Leader looking to take a step up. The role will involve assisting the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home.

For the right candidate the salary is between £28,000 and £36,000.

The Registered Manager must have

* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)

* Prior experience as Deputy Manager of a Residential Home (Preferred)

* Prior experience as Senior Care Assistant (Essential)

* Strong staff management skills

* Strong organisational skills

* Good understanding about CQC regulations
