Currently running as a 3 bed EBD home, that is rated good by Ofsted, this is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to join a well established and passionate team

Your new role

To provide a safe and secure home for young people. This role includes engaging with the children and encouraging them to participate in activities to promote the children’s mental health and well-being. The main responsibilities include contributing to the creation, health, education, placement, and transition plans of the children, by safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children to ensure the quality of care is provided. Furthermore, the Deputy Manager is responsible for providing support, supervision, and guidance to staff by ensuring that all training is up to date and coaching is provided.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience of working in a Residential Children’s Home
• Experience in Senior Supervisory role
• NVQ Level 3 or above in Children and Young Peoples Workforce, Children’s Residential Care or equivalent
• Be flexible to work shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins.
• Full UK Driving Licence
