Deputy Manager – Accommodation Services
Salary: £29,055 – £32,233 per annum
Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hours per week
We are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to join the team at our Thurrock services. The services consist of 2 homeless hostels located in the heart of Grays, a floating support service, an outreach service and a housing first service based out of our Charles Street hostel. These services provide support for young people and adults.
In this pivotal role, you will support the smooth running of the services, ensuring that you continually seek to improve and develop, while achieving required targets. To succeed, you will have experience of staff management or demonstrable ability to supervise and motivate staff. You will also have experience of working with vulnerable homeless or disadvantaged people, coupled with the knowledge and an understanding of their housing and support needs.
