Two of their Five Homes has been identified in the Top Ten Essex Care Homes.It offers support to those with learning and physical disabilities and sensory impairment. The Organisation prides itself in making residents feel at home. Families are welcome to join in with activities and the care of their loved ones. They are a dynamic service provider supporting independence of their service users within their home and in the community

Your new role
You will be the Deputy Manager of 5 Homes (soon to be 6) with aspirations to become a Registered Manager within the year. You will be actively involved in managing all 5 Homes and you will be trained to step into the Registered Manager’s position within the year.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have strong leadership skills and you are motivated and organised. You want to aspire to become a Registered Manager. You are a caring, flexible and friendly person

What you’ll get in return
You will get the basic salary of £27000 PLUS on-call and over time paid on an hourly rate
Support and Training provided to become the Registered Manager.
