Your new role

You will also have the proven skills and expertise to fully-deputise for the registered Manager in their absence. You will play a key role in ensuring that quality and safety are always paramount and in-line with the Company’s and regulatory expectations. You will provide leadership, support and direction for the care team. You will be outcomes and child focused, flexible and have an unswerving passion for providing the very best for the young people in our care.

The successful applicant will have a breadth of experience in the care sector and in managing teams. The ideal candidate will already have a proven track record of managing staff within residential services; however, for the right candidate this may the first opportunity to develop your career in this direction.

What you’ll need to succeed
Must be over the age of 21 and hold a full UK driving licence

• Experience of supervising and managing staff in a care role

• The following qualification or working towards: QCF/NVQ Health & Social Care in Children and Young People
