Your new company
Hays Social Care are working alongside a family owned care home in the centre of Gloucester who have registered to provide care for 29 older people who have dementia. They are committed to providing quality person centred care while also offering advice to loved ones.
Your new role
This is a team role, with clear responsibility for specified residents along with supervising the senior care assistants and care team. Clear communication with the team is essential as well as regular updates and communication with the registered manager and directors.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have a minimum of 3 years working in Social Care, ideally with previous experience as a deputy manager or having reached senior or team leader level.
You will hold a minimum of an NVQ L3 in Health & Social Care and have a professional attitude, act calm under pressure and be willing to learn.
What you’ll get in return
In return you will receive a salary ranging from 25 – 27.5K per annum with continued career progression opportunities.
