Your new role

Support and deputise for the Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained. Adhere to all requirements and regulations, whilst monitoring assessing and improving the quality of service provision to people being supported.

What you’ll need to succeed

Level 3 in Adult Care or equivalentLevel 3 in Adult Care or equivalentLevel 3 in Adult Care or equivalent
– Level 3 in Adult Care or equivalent
– Basic Life Support / First Aid
– An interest in further development
– Flexibility to work irregular hours such as, early mornings, late nights, weekends, sleep in’s and on calls.
– Participate in the on-call rota service
– Working within our deaf services – BSL Level 1 Qualification – Disirable
