Hays Social Care are working alongside a personalised day provision who specialise in supporting adults with a range of learning disabilities including mild to moderate learning disabilities, physical health needs as well as high functioning autism and Asperger’s.
Your new role
The role of the deputy manager is to provide leadership, development and direction, ensuring that the team provides the people we support within the service with the support they need to lead a good life and achieve the things that are important to them and their families.
You will be involved in all areas of people management, setting expectations and monitoring performance, providing 1:1 meetings and annual reviews to ensure staff are demonstrating the skills and attitudes needed, maintaining their motivation and development by working alongside staff, role modelling good practice, coaching and mentoring.

In return you will receive a competitive salary of between £27.300 – £30,010.50 dependent on experience, 28 days annual leave or at 12.07% of contracted hours, Paid bank holidays, paid Christmas break of between 5 – 8 days.
