Your new company is a well established company who aim to provide the highest level of care and support. They are a fast growing company across greater Manchester and work closely with individuals with learning disabilities.
Your new role
In your new role you will oversee and maintain the care of LD client services and support the registered manager in day to day running of the business. You will be working and supporting living services in and around Greater Manchester with individuals who display behaviour & Learning difficulties.
What you’ll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar setting, role, and responsibilities; this will lead to your success. You will have excellent knowledge of CQC standards, a desire to develop the service and build effective relationships, along with a minimum qualification Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or the equivalent qualification. You must be flexible and have a positive approach to work and have a clean driving licence.
