Hours: 37 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £36,844 – £40,134 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To assist, or in the absence of the Manager, be responsible for the management of a residential childcare home (or homes), including the care of the young people and Care Team, the budget, resources and fabric of the building.

Requirements

Significant residential childcare experience which evidences a good understanding of child and adolescent development, impact of trauma on development within the group living environment and be educated to a minimum of HNC SVQ3 in Health and Social Care.
